The National Piping Centre

The National Piping Centre is extremely pleased to announce the second annual Italian Spring School from 6th to 10th March 2008.

This is a collaboration between the BA (Scottish Music — Piping) Degree and BIG (the Bagpipes Italian Group). The teachers are drawn from the piping students on the degree programme with the addition of Simon McKerrell, Margaret Dunn and Alberto Massi. As well as training in Highland piping there will be an opportunity to learn about the Zampogna tradition of Molise.
