Piping Live has won the Scots Traditional Music Awards Event of the Year for 2008. The Piping Live Festival has been running for 5 years and is growing in support every year, with featured acts from around the world and events through out Glasgow City Centre.  Next years festival dates are 10th – 16th August.

Other nominees for the award were, Gordon Duncan Memorial Concert, The Jura Music Festival, & Shetland Fiddle Frenzy.
