A National Treasure III once more brings together musicians from all over Scotland and well beyond to honour Pitlochry piper Gordon’s massive influence and to raise funds for the Trust set up in his name.

This year’s house band is the brilliant young Treacherous Orchestra, with four of their members premiering specially commissioned pieces. We’re immensely pleased to welcome Karen Matheson of Capercaillieand celebrated singer and guitarist Kris Drever as our special guests.The superb Vale Of Atholl Pipe Band join us for the first time and the international piping lineup comprises the incendiary Irish duo of John McSherry and Francis McIlduff; the Galician Gordon Duncan, Edelmiro Fernandez, Iain Macleod and Gordon’s Nephew Alex Duncan.

Specifically to fund participation, education, performance and composition by young people under thirty.
