Between 24th – 26th September in Urbania, Italy, the Italian Pipers Associationa have organised the 8th International Gathering. Accommodation is arranged in the Frescina resort  (www.frescina.com) and the public concert will take place in Urbania on Saturday 25th September at 9pm.This year’s teaching team  are Angus MacColl, Jamie P.
