Peter Hynes, The National Piping Centre’s fantastic kitchen porter has been nominated for BEST KITCHEN PORTER AWARD at the Glasgow Restaurant Awards. Peter is an exceptional employee to have at The National Piping Centre. He has worked here since the building opened in 1996 and has a remarkable attitude to his job and our business.
