This year we have changed things in order to allow students more choice and flexibility.

Students will be required to make their own accommodation arrangements. We have reserved a number of rooms at an advantageous rate in the Best Western Inn Kennesaw which is located one block away from the University Campus. This has been the Motel used in recent years by most students.

When calling to make a reservation students simply have to inform the Motel that they are attending the Bagpipe Camp in order to receive the Promo rate.
We can assist students who wish to find a sharing partner. To do this simply complete the comments box on the booking form telling us who you want to share with or provide us with some profile information such as age, gender, band affiliation and any other relevant information so that we can try to find a suitable rooming partner. We will then contact you by email to make the room booking arrangements.
Students under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a chaperone who will stay in the same room as the student.
