Special Diets, Wine, Beer & Spirits
Special Diets
Our talented chefs can tailor any of our food to suit your liking. We offer a special dietary menu however this is just a guideline.
You are welcome to discuss your dietary requirements with us prior to arrival or please ask for the manager when you are seated.
We aim to ensure all guests have beautiful Scottish, imaginary and creative cuisine so please ask about Gluten Free and Vegan menus upon arrival and we will be glad to help.
Wine, Beer & Spirits
We are lucky enough to be graced with amazing Scottish drink suppliers around the west of Scotland. The National Piping Centre enjoys supporting local and Scottish companies.
Our current wines are hand selected from small family run vineyards. We change our wine list twice a year and guarantee that the wines chosen are imaginative, delicious and there is something for everyone.
Our beers and ciders come from Scottish craft brewers only. We conduct staff tastings with each of the companies and we also open this up to debate with our Bagpipers and regularâs to ensure they are just right!
We currently have a love affair with Scottish gin and the way handcrafted gin-making is exploding in the UK. We feature gins from Islay, Harris, Strathearn, The Highlands and Edinburgh and ensure they are served with the best tonic waters courtesy of Fever-tree.
