Fees and Policies

Tuition Fees

Individual Lessons - In-person or Skype £24 £20
Block of 10 Individual Lessons - In-person or Skype £220 £180
Intensive Course - 15 individual lessons over one week £330 £275

Policies 

Please note that the duration of each piping lesson is 50 minutes.
We are unable to extend your lesson if you are late.
Cancellation Policies:
Individual or Online Lessons – If a lesson is cancelled by the customer within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time, the customer will be charged the full lesson amount. However, we will endeavour to reschedule lessons cancelled out with this time frame. If you have booked a block of 10 lessons, this cancelled lesson will be deducted from the total of your booking.

Intensive Course and Seasonal School Cancellation
If an intensive course is cancelled more than 14 working days in advance, 25% of the cost will be refunded. If cancelled within 14 working days, no refund will be made.

Examination Bookings Cancellation Policy
If an examination is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled exam time, the customer will be charged one full lesson amount. However, we will endeavour to reschedule the exam cancelled out with this time frame.

Evening Classes Cancellation Policy
Our evening classes are 10 week terms. If you join after the start of the term, the full course price will still apply. If an evening class course is cancelled more than 7 working days in advance, a full refund will be provided. If cancelled within 7 working days, no refund will be made, however, there maybe an option to rollover the fee to the next term. If you begin the course and find you cannot complete it, no refund will be made.

Cancellation of lessons by The National Piping Centre
Sometimes it is necessary for The National Piping Centre to cancel lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance we will contact you as early as possible before your scheduled lesson time by email or phone. We will then reschedule the cancelled lesson at the earliest convenient time for both parties.  Please ensure The National Piping Centre has the correct contact details, as they cannot be held responsible for missed cancellation notices.
