Queen's Birthday Honours

We are delighted  and immensely proud to tell you that it was announced in the Queen’s Birthday Honours on Saturday that our Joint Chairman,  Sir  Brian  Ivory, has been made a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.

This is a particularly significant award because The Royal Victorian Order of Chivalry is the Queen’s own private Order, given personally by her to those who have given direct  service to her and her immediate family.

We would like to give him the warmest congratulations of everyone  at The National Piping Centre for being recognised by our Monarch in this way.
