For those who wish to opt for a residential package accommodation will be reserved in the Stevenson school.
Stevenson school allows students the use of the school’s facilities which include an Olympic swimming pool, Exercise/Weight room, Basketball court, Soccer fields. Internet facilities are also available but are not free.
- Students will be required to share accommodation unless single occupancy is specifically requested. Students should indicate on the booking form who they would prefer to share with.
- Students under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a chaperone.
- The weather can be chilly so be sure to bring a sweatshirt and/or jacket. Also, although bedding and towels are provided, feel free to bring your own pillow, blankets, sheets, towels, and soap if you desire.
Meals
- All meals will be provided in the School Dining Hall.
- Snacks are also provided throughout the day and can be purchsed from the vending machines
Student Prices
The following prices are provisional at this time. Prices will be confirmed when the booking form becomes live.
- Fully residential package including tuition plus lodging - $825
plus all meals i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner - Non-residential package including tuition plus meals - $575
A limited number of single rooms may be available, however a supplementary charge of $150 will apply.
Chaperone Prices
Chaperones are expected to accompany children under the age of 16 and ensure their supervision outwith school hours. Chaperones must be authorised by the guardians of the children to be carers and supervisors.
Chaperones will be charged for room and board which includes 3 meals per day.
The prices are as follows:
Room plus all meals (+$425)
Non-Residential package including lunch (+$215)
Payment Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice of cancellation or less - no refund will be given.
- More than 28 days notice of cancellation - 25% of full payment will be retained by the National Piping Centre.
