With the checking in what we have decided to do is have an audition time for every student which will take approx 10 mins and from their audition people can proceed to check in.
So Audition time followed by check in will commence at 2.30 – 4pm and students will be notified before hand of their time.
4pm -5pm Meeting
5.30 – 6.30 Dinner
6.45 – 7.30 Instructor recital
