For those who wish to opt for a residential package, accommodation will be reserved in the Begegnungsstatte Wartaweil gGmbH which is the same building as classes will take place.
- Students will be required to share accommodation as there are no single rooms available
- Students under the age of 15 should be accompanied by a chaperone.
- All meals will be provided in Begegnungsstatte Wartaweil gGmbH
- Please see the list below for other recommend accommodation in the area. If you choose to stay at a location other than the Begegnungsstatte Wartaweil gGmbH you need to reserve it yourself.
Students can opt for one of two standard packages:
- Residential including all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Non-residential (no meals included)
Student Prices
Fully residential Package including all meals - 375 Euros
Non residential - 250 Euros
Chaperone Prices
Accommodation plus all meals - 140 Euros
Payment Cancellation Policy
1. 28 days notice of cancellation or less - no refund will be given.
2. More than 28 days notice of cancellation - 25% of full payment will be retained by the National Piping Centre. 3. Please note we require 8 weeks notice for cancellations of a Hostel room or we can not refund you for the accommodation amount.
