The National Piping Centre

The Jugendgaestehaus Don Bosco is located in the centre of Munich in the district of Haidhausen, next to the district of Au. The terraced plateau of the banks of the river Isar offers an amazing view over Munich. It’s only a few minutes from the youth guesthouse to the Isar, the Deutsches Museum, the cultural centre of Gasteig with the municipal library, the pedestrian zone and the Marienplatz on the other bank of the Isar. The S-Bahn station Rosenheimer Platz - is only five minutes away.  The cuisine also considers the requirements of vegetarians and Muslims.

For those who wish to opt for a residential package, accommodation will be reserved in the Jugendwohnheim Salesianum which is the same building as classes will take place.

• Students will be required to share accommodation as there are no single rooms available
• There will be two single beds per room with an ensuite.

Students under the age of 15 should be accompanied by a chaperone.

• All meals will be provided in Jugendwohnheim Salesianum

Students can opt for one of five standard packages:

• Residential including all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Residential (including breakfast and Lunch)
• Residential (including breakfast only)
• Non Residential (including lunch)
• Non Residential (no meals included)

Payment Cancellation Policy

1. 28 days notice of cancellation or less - no refund will be given.
2. More than 28 days notice of cancellation - 25% of full payment will be retained by the National Piping Centre.
3. Please note we require eight weeks notice for cancellations of a Hostel room or we can not refund you for the accommodation amount.

Das Jugendgästehaus Don Bosco liegt im Zentrum von München im Stadtteil Haidhausen. Haidhausen grenzt an den Stadtteil Au und überschaut von der Isarhochterrasse aus München.  Vom Jugendgästehaus Don Bosco sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zur Isar, zum Deutschen Museum zum Kulturzentrum Gasteig mit der Stadtbibliothek, bis zur Fußgängerzone und zum Marienplatz auf der anderen Isarseite.  S-Bahnhof Rosenheimer Platz des MVV - nur fünf Minuten entfernt.

Die Küche nimmt gerne auch Rücksicht auf Mahlzeiten für Vegetarier und Muslime.
