For those who wish to opt for a residential package, accommodation will be reserved in the Lee Jackson, Best Western Motel, 711 Milwood Avenue, Winchester which is located next to Shenandoah University.
The motel is rated AAA 3 diamonds.
Driving directions:
- From southbound Interstate 81, go to Exit 313 West and turn left at the light.
- From northbound Interstate 81, take Exit 313, stay to the right and go over the overpass.
- Students will be required to share accommodation unless single occupancy is specifically requested.
- An additional $135 charge will be made for single occupancy.
- Students should indicate on the booking form if they have a preferred rooming partner.
- Students under the age of 15 should be accompanied by a chaperone.
- All meals will be provided in the Allen Dinning Hall in the Shenandoah University.
Students can opt for one of three standard packages:
- Residential including all meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Non-residential with lunch
- Non-residential (will make own meal arrangements)

Payment Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice of cancellation or less - no refund will be given.
- More than 28 days notice of cancellation - 25% of full payment will be retained by the National Piping Centre.
