Students should aim to arrive and check-in to accommodation by 2pm on Sunday 24th June. A welcome reception will be held for all students at 4pm in the Room 128 of the Ruebush building. All students will be required to give a brief audition in order to allocate students to groups.
For those who have opted for the meal package a meal will be provided at 6pm in the Allen Dinning Hall in Shenandoah University.
On Monday 25th June a morning assembly will be held in Room 128 of the Ruebush building at which point students will be informed of groupings and any other relevant information.
