Cash, Cheque or Credit/ Debit card in person.
Cheque in person or via mail order.
Online with Debit or Credit Card.
All prices are in GBP. If you are ordering from outside the UK, the prices will appear and you will be charged in GBP. This amount will be converted at an appropriate rate by our system, and you will be charged at the current exchange rate.
Shipping
Most of our smaller items will be shipped with Royal Mail. However, bagpipes and expensive or heavy objects will be sent via one of our many couriers.
Delivery time on IN STOCK items will usually be within 7 working days. However, for made to order items such as bagpipes and highlandwear, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Extreme cases will be posted in item descriptions on our website. We will only ship bagpipes when they have been fully tested and our staff are completely happy with the sound.
Returns
We have a simple 30 day returns policy on most items, however we cannot accept returns on items such as piper hose or practice/pipe chanter reeds for personal hygiene reasons.
If you have a problem with a specific product, we will normally ask for it to be returned, where it will be assessed. If the goods are found to be in good order, there will be a charge for the re-sending of goods.
On bagpipes, we offer a one year guarantee on all wood. If any cracks or splits appear they will usually happen within the first six months. We allow up to one full year for your peace of mind.
VAT
All EU countries must pay VAT. This is included in all of our online pricing. If you are ordering from outside of the EU, the 17.5% VAT is taken off the total price of the item as soon as you enter your home country.
