Uist and Barra Association Competition - Line Up and Tunes

This year's Glasgow Uist and Barra Association Piping Competition takes place on Saturday 29th September, at the TNPC Otago Street in Glasgow's west end. Tickets are available on the door for this event. 

This is the rescheduled date after the event was cancelled due to snow in March. 

The Piobaireachd event starts at 9am with thise Order of Play and tunes: 

1.  Alasdair Henderson - My King has Landed in Moidart
2. Stuart Liddell - The Unjust Incarceration
3. Glenn Brown - The Laird of Annapool's Lament
4. Gordon McCready - Lament for Captain MacDougall
5. Craig Sutherland - the End of the Great Bridge
6. Peter McCalister - War or Peace
7. William McCallum - The Old Men of the Shells
8. Angus MacColl - The Battle of the Pass of Crieff
9. Jamie Forrester - The MacLeans' March
10. Roderick MacLeod - The Earl of Ross' March
11. Niall Stewart - The Blind Piper's Obstinacy
12. Cameron Drummond - Lord Lovat's Lament
13. Iain Speirs - Nameless (Cherede Daireva)

Ben Duncan, Sarah Muir will compete in the Light Music event only with Peter McCalister playing in Piobaireachd only.
