The National Piping Centre Otago Street is a versatile space with a light and airy feel to the rooms, giving you so many options for your event.
The spaces we have available are ideal for concerts, lectures, classes and so many other events that we would encourage you to visit the space.
From Monday 2nd March, every Monday from 3pm – 5pm, a highly trained member of our events team will be on hand at TNPC Otago Street to show guests around the venue, answer any questions and discuss all things events. Our team would be delighted to show you our facilities and help plan your special occasion to ensure it is an event to remember.

For events for between 30 – 70 guests, the auditorium has the space to accommodate a wide range of occasions. This area provides the perfect setting for conferences, recitals, concerts, talks and lectures. It has built in AV facilities and can comfortably seat up to 70 delegates.
In front of the Auditorium, we have a large hall with hard wood floor which is also available to hire. This is a very versatile space which can be used as a breakout space for larger conferences or alternatively make a great space for band practise, rehearsals, leisure activities, pop up markets, dance groups, kids classes and play groups. There are a variety of ways this room can be laid out, so we would recommend viewing so you can see how it would work for you.
This clean and useable space can hold up to 20 guests and is a good space for meetings, smaller conference events or rehearsal space for smaller musical groups. With white wall space, projection is flexible around the room.
Within the building there are a variety of smaller rooms which can be hired for rehearsals or small meeting spaces. These vary across the building and can be used as part of a larger event, or on their own.

Catering and refreshments:
External catering can be organised and brought in at a fee. This is dependent on your event and needs of your guests. A variety of refreshments can be pre-ordered for your event. See our PDF brochure for more information.
There is a range of AV already installed in the building. However for some rooms you may require additional equipment hired in. This can be done at an extra cost and can be included in your event package.

We realise that all wedding plans are different, so we have put together a number of all inclusive wedding packages in Glasgow to help you create that special day within your budget, without compromising on quality and style. All wedding packages are based on 80 people minimum (except Winter Wedding package) for the ceremony and wedding meal. Guest numbers can be increased to 120 for the ceremony and wedding meal, with a maximum of 150 attending at night. Winter Wedding Package
Our Winter Wedding Package has everything you need to host the perfect winter wedding. This package is based on 50 guests and comes with a world class piper & red carpet arrival. Book today for dates between November 2021 - February 2022.
Traditional Wedding Package
Our traditional wedding package is built up using the costs of venue hire and ceremony hire. Create a bespoke menu for your wedding guests, offering them a delicious 3 course meal and drinks packages.
Sgian Dubh Package
Our Sgian Dubh Wedding Package is our package to fit any budget. This wedding package gives you everything you need to have the perfect wedding day, from red carpet arrival to having a world-class piper on hand. Additional guests priced at £47 per person.
Our Balmoral all inclusive wedding package offers all of the benefits of the Sgian Dubh package, with an upgraded dinner menu, floral arrangements for all tables and the ability to upgrade your drinks reception. Additional guests priced at £52 per person.
Our Glengarry wedding package offers upgrades on our existing wedding packages with an improved dinner menu, upgraded buffet options and a glass of house wine for the toasts and speeches . Additional guests priced at £62 per person.
Our Ivory Wedding Package is our superior wedding package. Allowing the happy couple to create a bespoke 3 course menu from our existing menus.
