Housed in our beautiful B-listed building, The Pipersâ Tryst Hotel is a comfortable home-from-home located in the heart of theatre-land in Glasgowâs vibrant city centre. Connected to The National Piping Centre this restaurant, hotel, and venue is perfect for a city getaway, special celebration, romantic weekend away, or family break.
We are a 4 star restaurants with rooms, with our rating from Visit Scotland. We are one of the only places in Scotland with this rating!
We pride ourselves on a fresh and homely feeling with bespoke bedframes, large flat screen TVs, complimentary fast speed WIFI and welcome drams of the finest malt whisky. Â All bedrooms are en-suite with double headed rainfall showers, large vanity areas, fine Scottish organic soaps and fluffy towels. Â
Hotel guests may choose to include breakfast in their room rate or add on in the morning. Our breakfasts are a celebration of quality ingredients. Top quality butchers produce from Ramsay's of Carluke feature on our Pipe Major's Breakfast, amazing fresh fish from The Fish People in our smoked salmon with scrambled egg or smoked haddock with poached eggs, and fabulous local, artisan suppliers providing yoghurts, banana bread and croissants for the continental breakfast buffet. All this is available to hotel guests and the public alike.

We welcome all families and children to stay with us. However, please be aware that all children under 18 need to be chaperoned during their stay with us.Â
All 8 bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, large flat screen TV, radio, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. Â
AccessibilityÂ
We want all our guests to have the best stay possible. As an historic building however, there is no lift facility available to our bedrooms, with a flight of shallow stairs.
However, The National Piping Centre and Pipers' Tryst Restaurant is accessible to guests with mobility issues via a lift on the side of the building, based on Maitland Street. This gives access to the main floors within the building. Please call in advance to arrange lift access. There are also accessible toilets on all floors. For more information please read our access statement here.
In the event that you find a cheaper rate elsewhere before booking with us, we will be happy to match that rate allowing you the ease of booking directly with us.

The Pipers' Tryst Restaurant is open Monday - Saturday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our restaurant is closed on Sundays and only opens for hotel guests from 8am - 10am
