Re-opening our Restaurant
We are looking forward to re-opening The Pipers' Tryst Restaurant and Hotel from THURSDAY 16th JULY and we are now taking Bookings
During our first re-opening phase we have a reduced menu, packed with your favourite dishes. There is still gluten-free and vegan choices within our new menu, so there will still be great choices for all dietary requirements. Our drinks menu, children's menu and breakfast menus remain the same. Food will be served all day from 8am - 6pm (last orders) so take a look at our menus below.

Our food charter means that we pride ourselves on sourcing the finest produce from around Scotland, including Ayrshire bacon, black pudding, Scottish grass-fed beef, as well as some of the tastiest haggis in the world! We make great effort to use the freshest seasonal vegetables, free-range Scottish eggs amd dairy from great local suppliers. Our food is seasoned with Hebridean Sea Salt from the Isle of Lewis and we use Perthshire rapeseed oil in our cooking and dressing.
